The broad goals of Factory F/X application development include strengthening the economic base of the nation, developing human resources and workplace ethic, as well as increasing productivity.

Identify business opportunities in the Professional fields as well as maintain and develop skills in obtaining and keeping them

Demonstrate the ability to obtain, interpret, assess, analyze, and organize needed information.

Organizational Structure:
The organization is functioning under the consistent control of the Proprietor.
Operating Structure: The working of the Organization has been divided into following divisions,
- Administrative Division
- Research & Development Division – Elation Softnet, Associate
- Consultancy Division
- Marketing Division
- Education Division – Academics (UPDESCO – AEC), Associate
Research & Development Division:
The Research & Development Division helps its clients in choosing the right kind of technology for their specific needs. This Division also helps its clients to either adopt existing technology as per the requirements or get itself a customized/tailor made IT solution. This Division has added yet another feather to its cap by offering web-based services to its clients.
To top it all, this Division provides turnkey projects to its clients so that the client is free from various botherations in terms of choosing or getting the Hardware, Software, Networks, Training and new Establishment etc.
The Software Development projects are taken care by Elation Soft, which is a premier organization for developing customized applications as well as general products.
Consultancy Division:
Consultancy Division's prime objective is to provide an efficient system to the client organizations in their different areas. It is a dynamic and technically sound division of FACTORY F/X whose range of activities includes Planning, Implementation, Management, and Development.
Education Division:
Factory F/X has a tie-up with Academics for imparting IT Education & Training to individuals and government departments. Academics is an authorized Education Center, Service Provider & General Marketing Associate of Uttar Pradesh Development System Corporation Ltd. (UPDESCO). We are undertaking Corporate Training in State as well as Central Government departments for last 10 years.
The activities of Education Division include:
Preparation of new and efficient courses, feasibility report for corporate training, preparation of training analysis and final report, Development of Examination/Quality control standards and implementation of new software in education as tool for effective placements of participants
This Division also organizes Training Programs/Seminars/Workshops for various Organizations with the help of Marketing and R&D division.
